Why Blame God For Our Own Faults

I have been trying to figure out why so many of us are incompetent and lazy and i have found a very interesting reason for that.  We as a Muslims have a firm believe that everything that happens to us either good or bad, somehow all the time, God is responsible for all our actions for example like when someone dies in a car accident we say that it was a God’s will without realizing that it was the fault of our own because we were over speeding and we broke the red light or when someone fails in business or when someone doesn’t gets a job or when a Air Plane carrying 148 Passengers crashes we always say it’s a God will and make ourselves feel good and move on. This is how we easily blame God for all our faults, incompetence, inability and inefficiency and we never take any responsibility for our actions. We don’t focus on the harsh realities that were actually the cause of bad things. Just like PIA cannot save lives only by doing sadqa(Charity to prevent bad things) before flight it can do it by improving technical maintenance of Air planes because one lac flight are not flying daily on sadqa around the world.
On the contrary we if something good happens we take full credit for that like if we narrowly escape a accident we tell stories to people how “we” did the right thing. Or when someone succeeds in business or accomplish something good we take full responsibility for that or when we do any good thing we make sure people see how Good, Competent and Intelligent we are and this makes me wonder that are we Humans really a Hypocrite by nature?
If we won’t take responsibility for our faults and if we cannot figure out the causes of a failure we cannot improve as a individual and also as a nation. Think about it.

When to Quit

Put a frog in a vessel of water and start heating the water...
- As the temperature of the water rises, the frog is able to adjust its body temperature accordingly...
- The frog keeps on adjusting with increase in temperature...

- Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog is not able to adjust anymore...
- At that point the frog decides to jump out...
- The frog tries to jump but is unable to do so, because it lost all its strength in adjusting with the water temperature...
- Very soon the frog dies. What killed the frog?
Many of us would say the boiling water...But the truth is what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when it had to jump out...
We all need to adjust with people and situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust and when we need to confront / face or even consciously move out/ on...
There are times when we need to face the situation and take the appropriate action...Fight it & do it with all your honestly, sincerity and full force
On the other side, if you are 110% sure that environment is beyond control or the objective is not providing adequate incentive…leave your ego, quit and move on to more productive cause in life.
Not only this will avoid your unnecessary suffering, this make you a better and balanced leader of your life and task in hand
So, decide when to jump or adjust...
